I’m a bit crazy about Christmas, I love the decoration, the holiday spirit, Santa and everything to do with it. I try to avoid forcing my kids to do stuff because it means something for me. I hope they will like the same sort of things but I don’t want to force them.

When Pixie was watching cartoons on YouTube (yes she is allowed to 🙂 ) a random Christmas cartoon cane on. It was late October but ever since she is in full Christmas mode! Every week she would like to go and get the tree and doesn’t get why she needs to wait for more.

I always wanted to try out a ring sling, the idea of it being so simple attracted me!

We love to go out, go hiking, wander around nice little villages. But due to the heatwave, we didn’t do as much as we’d have liked during the summer. September seemed to be the perfect time to start our hiking adventure with our two little ones.

It was time I chose a nickname for our little one!

You’d think it is a bad thing but for us it’s great!

Ok, maybe I’m a crazy mum but I wanted to celebrate her 2,5 birthday! I don’t plan to do it every year but she is still so small I wanted her to have a special day!

Although I would be glad to be able to do some acro yoga with my kids, for now, I just have to balance our life.

This is a theory that I believe in and helped me to understand why Pixie was behaving the way she did during the first couple of weeks. And it makes my life easier with my second one.

I consider myself lucky, both times my birth experience was good with just a few minor issues.
